Speaking on the topic she said, ‘Online marketing has revolutionized every aspect of human life including economy and marketing. It has eased the consumer in getting detail information about the products and services supplied by the company. However, consumers must be aware of possible difficulties due to delay in getting the products, inferior products, shipping charges, delivery problem, returning problem, warranty issues, etc.’
